We have just launched an exciting new product range that will revolutionise the way you hold meetings and conferences! The latest addition to the MODULUS office furniture range, designed by AJ Products in-house designers, is a height-adjustable conference table that makes it easy to move between sitting and standing meetings.
The sit-stand conference table was revealed for the first time at the Stockholm Furniture and Light Fair 2018 and is ideal for bringing more movement into your workday. Our design team observed that there is a need in the market for a wider range of active furniture. Not all meetings require participants to sit for its entire duration. An adjustable conference table allows you the freedom to vary your position, ensuring that you don’t stay in an unhealthy stationary position for too long.
Swtich positions easily
The electrically height adjustable table is equipped with dual motors. With a simple push of a button, you can quickly and easily adjust the height of the table and switch between a sitting and a standing position, giving you complete flexibility over how you work. We recommend combining the conference table with active balance stools so that when you sit you adopt a semi-standing seating position that works your core muscles and improves posture. This more active sitting or standing position leads to a more active participation in the meeting itself.
Thoughtful details
The conference table is characterised by thoughtful details that make a big difference. The crush prevention system detects obstacles when the table is lowered or raised and reacts quickly by stopping the movement. The lightweight top makes it easy to handle the table and is resistant to scratches and liquids. The white and black laminate models have anti-fingerprint surface, which means the surface is silky smooth whilst fingerprints and other spots are minimised. The MODULUS conference table is available in several colours and is easy to combine with other furniture in the series. Thanks to its stylish, Scandinavian look and flexible design, the table fits most environments and can be used for much more than just meetings.
The conference table is perfect for use as additional workspace. For example, you can divide the table using table screens to create temporary work areas for flexible offices or school environments.
