Once we have received and registered your order, we will send you an order confirmation by e-mail. On the order confirmation, you will find an estimated delivery date for when we expect your goods to reach you. You can also find the estimated delivery time for any item on the product page of our website directly under the BUY button. In addition, you will see this information again, as well as an estimated delivery time for your whole order, as part of your order summary at checkout.

Please note that a longer delivery time on one item may delay your whole order; please contact us if you would like us to split your order to deliver some items sooner. We strive to keep you updated should there be any delays to your delivery but cannot guarantee delivery on the day specified.
If you need to change the delivery address of an order that has already been confirmed, you will need to contact us by phone as soon as possible.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment number so that you can track your delivery.

On your order confirmation you will see the estimated delivery date for your order.
Check the shipping date on your order confirmation; our products may be sent on different dates depending on whether it is a stock item or comes directly from one of our suppliers. Please note that some items will be delivered the day after dispatch while others may take several days once they are dispatched from our warehouse. The estimated delivery date on your order confimation will give you the most reliable information.

If you are missing any items from your order, please contact customer service as soon as possible.
You will find your estimated delivery date on your order confirmation; we ask that you please check this first. If your order is later than estimated, you can contact our sales team on 01252 359760 or via our online chat to get an update on your delivery
All deliveries from AJ Products are standard delivery and are dispatched and delivered as quickly as possible. Many of our standard deliveries will be provided with room-of-choice delivery included. This means that a two-person delivery team will bring your goods into the building and position them in the room of your choice (including floors above ground floor). However we cannot guarantee this service in all circumstances as some orders, such as larger deliveries or large goods, may need to be delivered on a pallet. Palletised goods will be delivered kerbside. It is also possible that your delivery will arrive with one of a network of couriers if your order comes direct from one of our local suppliers. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us if you need the room of choice service guaranteed so the necessary arrangements can be made (charges and exclusions may apply). Please note that parcels will be delivered to the front door only.

If you require assembly, this can be added as an additional service.

Deliveries take place weekdays between 8 am and 5 pm.

Delivery to mainland GB is FREE of charge for orders over £100.00 (ex. VAT). All orders under £100.00 (ex. VAT) will be subject to a delivery charge of £9.95 (ex. VAT).

Unfortunately, we do have to charge an additional fee for delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and other offshore destinations. These charges cannot be applied automatically on our website and, should you place an order online at ajproducts.co.uk, we will need to contact you to discuss additional delivery charges and take payment before we can despatch your goods. We recommend that you contact us in advance for a delivery quote to these areas. Alternatively, we can deliver to a port or shipping company of your choice.
We deliver to the whole of the UK. Deliveries to all of mainland GB are free of charge on orders above £100 (ex. VAT). However, deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and other offshore destinations are subject to additional charges. We cannot deliver to addresses outside of the UK.
AJ Products UK cannot deliver outside of the United Kingdom.

If you're in a position to arrange your own onward transport, then we're happy to deliver to a port or shipping company of your choice.

For shipments to the Republic of Ireland, we recommend our sister company AJ Products Ireland

Alternatively, you may be better served by one of our other sister companies across Europe - all part of the AJ Group. Find out if AJ operates in your country. 
The vast majority of our goods are held in stock in our European warehouse and so cannot be expedited. However, you are welcome to contact us to check; we may be able to offer a faster alternative.
