If you are unable to proceed to the payment stage at checkout, please return to Step 3. Customer information. Please make sure all customer infomation is filled in, then click SAVE.

If are you selecting payment by invoice, please note that the accounts email and purchase order fields are mandatory and must be filled in before you can proceed with your order.

Click on Log in in the top right of the website, then choose Create account. Remember to choose whether you are a buiness or private customer. You can also create an account directly at checkout.
We do not have a current catalogue available but you can find our full range of products available to browse on our website.
No, unfortunately your e-mail address can only be associated with one customer account.
To place an order, you must first register with us as a customer.

The easiest way to do this is by choosing new customer at checkout. You can choose to register either as a business or private customer. Next time you order from us, you will be able to log in and order quickly and easily.
You log in using your e-mail address. If you have never purchased with us, then you will need to select Create an account. 

Please note that you do not need a customer number to log in.

If you have previously purchased with us by phone or email but not logged into our website before, all you need to do is select "Forgotten password" and you will be able to create an online password for your existing account. We will connect your new log in to your existing customer account based on the company details provided. This will prevent us from creating a duplicate account under a new customer number and allow you to access company order history. 

If you are unsure whether you have logged in before or you have forgotten your password, try the following;
  • Go to Log in / Register
  • Select Forgotten your password?
  • Fill in the e-mail address you used to register
If we do not recognise your e-mail address, you will receive a message stating that the specified e-mail address is not registered with us. If this is the case then you will need to create a new account. If you are registered, a link to reset your password will be sent to the e-mail address entered.
We would be happy to provide you with an official quotation for any goods that you are looking to order. To request a quote you can email us at info@ajproducts.co.uk, call us on 01252 359760 or ask us via our online chat. Quotes are valid for 7 days.
AJ Products is primarily a Business to Business (B2B) retailer of products designed for workplace use. We do accept private individuals as customers but would like to draw attention to the fact that not all of our products are suitable for home use.

Our delivery service is primarily set up for delivery to business premises rather than residential properties; in most cases we are not able to facilitate timed delivery and our drivers will not bring the goods into the property. Furthermore, some items are exceptionally heavy and/or large and may be difficult to deliver to a residence. Additionally, there are some items that we cannot sell to residential customers for legal reasons.

If you are ordering as a private individual and not on behalf of a business, we ask that you please check our T&Cs and also read our product description and specifications carefully to assess whether the goods are suitable for use in your home before placing your order with us. Please also note that our prices are shown excluding VAT as default. We reserve the right to cancel or decline any orders where we consider our goods to be not suitable for the intended use.
Unfortunately, we do not have a store or showroom in the UK. However, we may be able to arrange a sample to be sent out to you.

Outside of the above hours, you are welcome to order online. Please note that you will not recieve an order confirmation until the next working day.

If you are logged in, you can reset your password by going to My Pages.

If you have forgotten your password, you can request a password reset by clicking on the "Forgotten your password?" link next to the log in screen. Once you have requested the reset, you will receive an e-mail to the e-mail address specified within a few minutes. The e-mail will contain a link allowing you to reset your password securely. The link is valid for 3 hours and can only be used once.

If you have not received an e-mail from us, please check your junk mail in case the e-mail has been sent there. If no e-mail is received from us, then our system has not recognised your e-mail address. It is possible that a different e-mail address was previously registered against your account or that you do not have an existing account with us. We suggest that you register as a new customer to place your order. If you continue to have difficulty, please contact our customer service team
