Desk SONITUS

In classrooms, there are lots of things happening that can result in high levels of noise. Scraping chair feet, banging on furniture and the slamming of drawers are examples of factors that increase the noise level. This may result in poor concentration and low productivity among both students and staff. The SONITUS desk helps to remedy the problem thanks to its top with excellent sound-dampening properties.
The top is covered in linoleum, which is easy to clean or wipe down. Linoleum is made from natural and renewable raw materials. Compared with competing sound-absorbent materials, it has a small carbon footprint. For the SONITUS desk, the linoleum we use bears the Nordic Ecolabel.
Because the desk is rectangular, you can take full advantage of the room space. It can be set up against other rectangular or square desks to create a larger workspace. The SONITUS desk rests on a robust steel frame with legs made of sturdy, tubular steel. The entire frame is powder coated in understated colours.
